How can we help?

Quick fixes for common problems, or send us a message. We reply by e-mail, usually within one working day.

Report a problem from Photoshop

The fastest way: click Report a problem at the bottom of the OpenRetouch panel. It can include diagnostics (versions, graphics card and the engine log, with e-mail addresses and your user name removed) so we can see what went wrong. It never includes your photos.

Common fixes

The panel says the engine is not running

Click Start engine in the panel. Photoshop asks once per session to allow it to open the OpenRetouch engine; click OK. The engine stops on its own when you quit Photoshop.

A tool is slow or fails on large files

OpenRetouch uses your NVIDIA GPU (4 GB+ VRAM recommended) or Apple Silicon. Close other GPU-heavy apps and try again; very large documents are processed in tiles but take longer.

Pro does not unlock after subscribing

Open the Account box in the panel and click the refresh button, or wait a few seconds: the panel checks your plan right after checkout. Make sure you signed in with the same e-mail you used at checkout.

I want to change or cancel my subscription

Click Manage subscription in the panel's Account box (or on your account page). Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

A new computer says the device limit is reached

Pro works on two computers at a time. When you sign in on a third one, the panel lists your computers so you can deactivate one.
