Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?+
Pro comes with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You enter a card at checkout but are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that from your account page.
What is the founder price?+
Early subscribers pay €5 per month or €50 per year instead of €9.99 / €89. You keep the founder price for as long as your subscription stays active — including when you switch between monthly and yearly.
Are there per-image credits?+
No. Everything runs on your computer, so there is nothing to meter. Retouch as many photos as you like.
On how many computers can I use Pro?+
On two computers at the same time. You can move Pro to another computer from the Photoshop panel or your account page.
Do I need to be online?+
Only now and then. Pro checks your subscription about once a day and keeps working offline for up to 14 days. The Free tools never need an internet connection.
How do I cancel or switch to yearly?+
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Prices include VAT; invoices are available on the same page.
Does OpenRetouch upload my photos?+
No. The AI models run on your own computer through a small local service that the installer sets up. Photoshop talks to it over your machine's loopback connection only; nothing is sent to the internet.
What do I need to run it?+
Adobe Photoshop 2024 (25.0) or newer on Windows 10/11 with an NVIDIA GPU (4 GB+ VRAM recommended), or macOS on Apple Silicon. 8 and 16-bit RGB documents are supported.
